Make the necessary changes and confirm by clicking &#8220;Save changes&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>To change the role, select the &#8220;Account&#8221; tab in the pop-up for the &#8220;Roles&#8221; option. Assign the user a specific role, or change the role that has already been assigned. The most commonly used roles are:\n<ul>\n<li>Exchange Admin: this user can manage Exchange Online, but also create and manage groups<\/li>\n<li>User admin: resets passwords for users, manages all the features for users and groups<\/li>\n<li>Global Reader: can read but not change all admin features and settings<\/li>\n<li>Global admin: has unlimited access to all admin features, such as assigning, purchasing and deleting licenses, deleting an account, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Helpdesk technician: can reset passwords and manage service requests<\/li>\n<li>For further information about <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/admin\/add-users\/about-admin-roles?view=o365-worldwide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Admin roles<\/a>, please visit the Microsoft website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Close&#8221; to finish<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--info   hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tTip: Open the &#8220;Show all by category&#8221; drop-down menu.
