Here is how you can create a new password:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in as an administrator to <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.microsoft.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/admin.microsoft.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Users&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Active users&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Select the key symbol next to the desired user<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Generate password automatically&#8221;. A random password will now be created<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Reset&#8221; and then &#8220;Send Password by e-mail&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"brand\">Reset the password for your user via the control panel of Combell<\/h2>\n<p>If one of your users needs a new password, you can request a reset via the control panel provided by Combell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow these steps in the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.combell.nl\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">control panel of Combell<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to &#8220;My Products&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Microsoft 365&#8221; (and select your tenant if you have more than one).<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Users&#8221; from the menu on the left.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the button with three dots to the right of the user and select &#8220;Reset password&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;Reset password&#8221; to confirm.<\/li>\n<li>Copy the temporary password. This will allow the user to log in next time.
