If needed, you can also mark the order as &#8220;unpaid&#8221; again.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/1601047197190-1601047197190.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21411\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The payment status must be changed manually. The only exception to this are payments received through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/kb\/how-to-set-up-paypal-as-a-payment-method-in-sitebuilder\/\">PayPal<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If your customer has any special instructions for their order, you can add these to the field <strong>Notes<\/strong>. Do not forget to <strong>Save<\/strong> your new note.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/1601047212034-1601047212034.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21412\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-tracking\">Fulfilling an order and sending tracking info<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>After you receive your payment, you can then send the ordered goods to the customer. Once the package is sent, you can mark the order as fulfilled by clicking <strong>Fulfill order<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/1601047222032-1601047222032-1024x736.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21413\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the next step of the process, you set up package tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>To activate package tracking, you first have to set up your&nbsp;shipping method<strong>s<\/strong>&nbsp;and enter the URL with the package number that you will receive from the shipping company. <\/li><li>In the same window, you can also tick the box to send your customer a notification that their purchase was shipped.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/1601047236365-1601047236365.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21415\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-managing-processed-orders\">Managing processed orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The order was paid for, shipped and then marked as fulfilled. You can now archive it by clicking <strong>Archive order<\/strong>. <\/li><li>The order will then be moved to the archive and will not be shown among your open orders. <\/li><li>You are also able to delete orders by clicking <strong>Delete order<\/strong>. Archiving orders is for fulfilled order while deleting orders should be saved for canceled or similar orders.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/1601047247936-1601047247936-1024x736.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21416\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-printing-orders\">Printing orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can print the order by clicking&nbsp;<strong>Print order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/1601047258979-1601047258979-1024x736.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21418\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-navigating-orders\">Navigating orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the main orders menu, you are able to filter your orders by ither&nbsp;<strong>Open<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>Archived<\/strong>&nbsp;orders. To filter your orders, click the arrow on the right side of the test&nbsp;<strong>Show<\/strong>&nbsp;and choose what you want to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.nl\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/1601047270054-1601047270054-1024x386.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21419\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-exporting-orders\">Exporting orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also&nbsp;<strong>Export<\/strong>&nbsp;orders at this point. Click&nbsp;<strong>More<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Export Orders<\/strong>.
